Shipping policy

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Flat rate shipping fee of £3.95 applies to orders per 30kg. 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-3 working days to process your order (for orders placed before 2.30PM). Expect an email within 2 working days to let you know your order is on the way! 

Standard 2-4 working day delivery is FREE for orders over £150 (excluding VAT) for delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery on orders under £150 are calculated dynamically based on your basket content. Simply add the products you require to your basket and enter your delivery address. The correct delivery charge will be calculated automatically. As you add or remove products from your basket, the delivery charge will update.

Working days are Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on bank holidays.

Please note: deliveries are made between 8:00 – 18:00 however, they occasionally can be made outside these times due to unforeseen circumstances.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping options. (No shipping outside of the area of the United Kingdom. )
